adding station

I am trying to find out when i add a station from my area i get a message saying this service is restricted to uk mainland only when i do live in uk mainland in fact approx 9 miles from where they broadcast. Can any one please help????

When I click on the link it takes me to hallam fm but doesn't let me play it,it says unsupported file wvx did I say I'm using a blackberry 9700 bold any other ideas
