BB Bold "The media being played is of an unsupported format."

This is a problem others are having. What worries me is that it worked on the first BB Bold I had, but had to return it and the new one doesn't. Tried on multiple stations.

I am a techno-idiot, so if anyone can provide a fix that is explainable, I would appreciate it.

Tried the Full Screen and other suggested "fixes." No luck.

One other concern:: adding stations, copied the streaming link recommended by the station itself, and moodio says their is not a streaming site. Any thoughts? 1310 The Ticket in Dallas, www.theticket.com.

I just this minute got my Blackberry Curve to work after getting your same error message. I don't know if this is your answer too because as I say, I only just started this myself.

I read the FAQ's and saw an answer that said to log in to:
m.moodio.fm
I did, and my Curve started to work.
