bouygues France port 80

I am kinda out of depth here, but anyway

I use yourmuze on SE W995. It works fine on my home wifi, but not via my mobile operator, Bouygues (France).
A thread on this forum, and others elsewhere suggest the problem may be that Bouygues block port 80 (they shouldn't but they do anyway).
Is there any way round this, or do I need to change operator? If so anyone suggest who?

Port 80 is the HTTP port. If they would block that, you wouldn't be able to view websites at all :)

Yourmuze uses RTSP for streaming. The TCP port for RTSP is 554. It is possible that Bouygues intentionally blocks that port because they don't want you to use streaming services.

It is also possible that some proxy/firewall/NAT router on their end is misconfigured or just not "RTSP aware", which means that the actual audio packets (which are not send on RTSP port 554, but as a separate UDP stream) never reach your phone.

before, i was with bougues universal mobile, and i confirm the port 80 on streaming radio is truly blocked.
i tested with virtual radio, all radios works (connecting, buffering, playing),
but those on port 80 are all blocked (still on connecting).
And if a radio work, she work only about 5 to 8 minuts (it depends of the kb/s streams, when 10Mo is reached, the internet radio is disconnected).

i use now afone (www.afonemobile.fr 2h-call each month, sms&web unlimited), and yourmuze works, all ports free, and the radio don't cut even after 160Mo (about 3hrs).
i use yourmuze only at home (on Y mode) because 3G+ can not cross my house walls.

2 years laters, bouygues still block the port 80 for streaming, it comes perhaps because you can download the radios application from SFR on port 80 from SFR with your bouygues mobile, so that you can't use this app from sfr with your bouyg abo.

i saw in your other post, that it work again, and Oele talked about doing some modification, perhaps yourmuze is using now an other port?

I swapped to SFR and now it all works, mobile and wifi. So boo hiss to Bouygues.
