Do listeners to our station have to register with you first?

I came across your website as we were trying to set up our internet /web to mobile radio station. You really have an awesome product.

1- I was wondering if you would have any paid packages with direct technical support that we can subscribe to?
2- do you offer any upgrade options for accounts to bypass the login? can a cell phone user who visits our website and clicks on the "listen live" radio button start to listen to the streaming directly or does he have to register with you first? would it be possible to offer a direct link to our station from our website, through moodio fm?
