General Support Forum

I have subscribed to Moodio and all works well on my HTC Touch Diamond running WM 6.1 pro

However every station times out after about 4 mins 30 secs and I have to re connect. A tad annoying, any fix?

I've had stations last 30 seconds, or 2 hours. It could be you are in a bad service area which causes you to lose the signal. Or it could be moodio.fm uploading the audio to you. So not exactly sure who's fault it would be. I dont know enough about moodio.fm to say its lag on their end. They said it was being sent from overseas, so its possible that moodio.fm is laggy. Wish we could get a better answer from moodio.fm.

I love this site though, i personally think its one of the best things my blackberry bold can do. By allowing me to listen to sports radio, news or Michael Savage on the go. How come they don't have a donate area here? How can these guys do it for free, its amazing!

My original post was when using WI FI via my home router and it still times out after about 4 minutes.
However via Orange 3G i can go sometimes 2 hours or more!

The Diamond is renowned to have very poor radio performance as well as poor battery life. Try another phone and you'll probably have a better experience. Ericssons are generally very good.
