http error 403

Hi

I can sign in the website fine - but when I try to sign into my Blackberry bold 9700 I get http error 403
The blackberry doesn't accept my password - help

Same for me. I am new to this service and get the same message?
I get the login page OK but them the http error 403 after I enter the username and password

I worked out the problem.

By searching through other posts realted to N97 I found these settings for real player

Proxy: no
Access point: (whatever your provider is)
Online time: unlimited
Lowest UDP port: 6870
highest UDP port: 32000

The ones that mattered were Proxy no and the Highest UDP port setting to 32000

I then had to turn phone on and off, and hey presto!! It works. Awesome!!

I suspect like me you have bookmarked Moodio.
Do not use your bookmark

type m.moodio.fm in the web bar. Do not use www.

When i just did this it sprang to life.

i suspect I had a problem when I deleted the cookies and/or push browser.
