I can't add this Little Saigon Radio California stream. Can someone help?

When I try to put this address in as a new stream mms://216.237.21.60/LSR it says this This is not a valid streaming URL!. I even tried switching the mms to http but it still doesn't work. Can someone please help me?

Didn't you ask about this station previously? Its signal is not available from the station's home page, for some reason. Maybe they won't stream it outside the USA?
