Is this NORMAL?....'connecting to your muze.....'

Okay got set up and signed up yesterday. Got my personal radio stream working absolutely perfectly...was streaming in a 64kb conn on my EDGE network. Worked all day and all night yesterday. Logged on today, and now I just get 'connecting to your muze' for eternity then the tri-tone disconnect or the message 'error playing media'. Okay, I am handing my station off from a shoutcast server and I checked the stream on my radio homepage- uninterrupted for 52 hrs. Checked it at Shoutcast- same thing. Players work fine, all streams are up and running. Went home and checked my desktops- connected fine on everything but the yourmuze site. Same thing- connecting to your muze......

I have checked it now on 5 computers and 3 cell phones. Yourmuze won't connect anymore and I have several listeners on my shoutcast site so I know the stream is up. I can connect 5 different ways to my stream except for the one way I need- my m.yourmuse.fm connection. It ios the only connection which seems to work with my Blackberry Curve. I am completely current on my RIMM OS and all updates. I verified with my phone provider that my unlimited nationwide usage plan has not throttled my connection back. Speedtests confirm an avg. download speed of 440kbps to 873kbps which is normal for me this time of day. The problem seems to be with the Yourmuze service as everyone elses products are working as advertised and expected. I guess before I finalize my review of the services on a blackberry I have to ask, 'Is this pretty normal for the yourmuze service? or should blackberry users stay away from this as it will end up like me... 8hrs of frustration so far....and counting.

I don't understand why this is happening as the ability to 'handle' my configuration is pretty much limited. And yes- I have tried it all back down on 24kbp settings. I have tried EVERY setting actually. Seems to be the handling of the stream. I am not expecting a promt answer as it seems most posts go unanswered for days before anyone responds but I will wait a few days to see. I don't have to have my verdict until June 2nd at 12:00am.

Any help would be appreciated and noted.

this is my styream. I got some feedback today from other listeners today on my sister stations on Spreaker.com and my normal shoutcast audience and they all reported the stream on shoutcast has been fine all eekend and all week. A gentleman in Manitoba states he got it to play for about an hr on yourmuze and then nothing after. I am guessing the problem is that yourmuze gets rejected by shoutcast and we are trying to verify that right now. My team is setting up a parallel stream to check. Will let you know what the verdict is but if you have any insight we'd sure appreciate it!

That URL is a playlist that refers to http://184.172.155.221:28943 , which is unreachable from here (Netherlands, same location as the Yourmuze servers).

Are you broadcasting right now?
