KFRM Talk Radio is very unstable on my Samsung Eternity

I have ATT 3G network in downtown Dallas, TX. One certain radio station KFRM is extremely unstable while the others are usually very reliable. I have a show that I want to listen to at 2:30 pm each day and I rarely get through it without considerable buffering. I have tried different streaming settings, but I can't quite pin down what works best.

Has anyone had similar problems and found a good solution. Is there something wrong with the actual stream?

my eternity seems to work pretty well with most stations ,most of the time .I think the weather has something to do with mine .....but one station I like ,moe.,on live 365 is always buffering .I think it may be the station and how some of them send data maybe . Let me know if you find out more , please .
