MEDIA PLAYER OPENS - BUT NO SOUND

I have added three new stations to my account (from Moodio database). I click on them - the Media Player opens up in my BB Curve but there is no sound and the player doesnt seem to stream anything. What is the problem?

What data service are you using? eg. GPRS/EDGE or Wi-Fi?
Who is your carrier and what phone are you using?
are you surfing to m.moodio.fm?
did you enter your account information?
did you select the lowest bitrate possible? 12 kbps/mono?
do you see links with your stations?
did you click on the link to your station?
did a windows media player window open?
did you hear "ringing"?
did your stream start?
If not, what error message did you see, when?

Did you select the lowest bitrate possible? 12 kbps/mono? Yes, except the lowest available is 12 kbps/parametric stereo

Do you see links with your stations? Yes

Did you click on the link to your station? Yes

Did a windows media player window open? No. Error message says "The item you selected cannot be displayed. Do you wish to save the item? [YES] or [NO]. If I choose [YES], then another popup appears that says "Save file /Media Card/ File: listen [SAVE] or [CANCEL]. I click [SAVE], then another screen shows listen.sdp, Completed (4.0 B/s). Nothing happens after that.

Did you hear "ringing"? No

Did your stream start? No

If not, what error message did you see, when? See above...

OK ... which stations? Let me see if I can duplicate the problem.

when i log on the it opens up with no sound please help

These are my stations I have added from moodio:
Einslive remove
NDR 2 remove
SWR3 remove
WDR 2 remove

I have sprint unlimited data (1xev) BES. There is no ringing when the media player opens. It looks like it is loading for 10-15 seconds and then it stops and does nothing. The stream never starts. I have changed the bitrates and it still not helping.

I HAVE A BOLD AND WHEN I GET INTO THE M SITE AND SELECT A RADIO STATION ¿TO LISTEN FIRST A WINDOWS APPEARS ASKING ME IF I WANT TO CHANGE TO WAP... IF I SAY NO... NOTHING HAPPENS

iF I SAY TES... ME MEDIA PLAYER OPENS, AND GIVES ME AN ERRROR OF REPRODUCTION, "WE CANT FOUND THE URL, PLEASE CHE THE URL IS VALID"... and the url is valid!!!

any ideas? Thanks!!!

Mine had been working fine until about 3 days ago not does the same thing. I think that they are haveing problems in Moodio Land..
