Message go to Last Fm. Kilt 100.3

Kilt 100.3 was working, but now has a message...no longer hear outside the U.S. I am in the U.S. and go to last fm.
Why do I get this message?

RIAA and the others copyright organisations wants multum of cash from the music stations to be streamed outside the stations coverage area, and/or U.S. The talk stations doens't play music so they coudl usually be heard outside U.S.
