more info on "not authorized"

I posted the following earlier:

I just signed up, logged in, and when I try to get in on my EVO, I get an error "You are not authorized to access this page". I've put the correct name and password in, numerous times, same error.. And ideas??

I logged out online (on my pc) and logged back in perfectly. Still get the error above. Anyone got any ideas why??

Can you borrow a friend's phone, and try on it?
