A friend suggested me your website, I went there but the connection is difficult to establish. On his computer, a few minutes after hearing'' Connecting to yourmuze ", the radio starts normally while for me there are only " buffering " then " initializzing " but that appears no connection.

I called Toshiba to France, technicians have checked my computer and they concluded that the problem is not the computer but rather the website which I try to login.

I'd like your support to help me listen to my favorite radio stations ...

Hi Wendy! Are you using the same operating system as your friend? What O/S is it you have? Are you able to listen to stations you see listed as new stations at http://www.yourmuze.fm

I am sorry to respond late because I have not received the notification on my mail ...

It uses Windows as me and he listens to the radio (old and new on yourmuze) on Chrome, Mozilla and Explorer without problem... I have these same browsers and these does not work ...

Wendy, if your internet is too slow to carry a radio station, what you describe will happen, with lots of buffering + initializing. Are you using wireless internet, but your friend is using DSL?
