streams not playing anymore

i started using this service around 3 weeks ago on my htc touch 3g and everything worked fine. so two weeks ago suddenly no streams were working anymore. i start a stream with the browser, the streaming software opens and buffers as before, but all i can hear now is a beep loop.

any idea what im doing wrong or how 2 fix this issue?
