Timed Email alerts announcing upcoming shows

A really nice feature would be to offer a way to add timed alert emails so you could be reminded when your favorite show is about to come on..

Initially, I suspect the user could manage their own timed alers, but later when it more sophisticated the system could offer even more email notifications..
