YourMuze on verizon 8330 is not playing very well lately (scratchy, dead air)

I havent used it in a while but when I try it now, it consistantly doesnt play very well. It loads quickly and starts up quickly but the audio is terrible regardless of station. Its very scratchy and get spurts of dead air (2-3 seconds) every 10 seconds or so. Its not buffering though. I tried lowering the bit rate but that doesnt help. I am on latest version of OS. It almost like verizon is slowing the bandwidth on purpose. Anyone have any ideas? Anyone else haveing the same problem?

I thought it was my Blackberry Curve 9330 it was doing the same thing. It was buffering and done this on other streaming apps as well. Today it did better. I think their hoping the general customer won't notice. Very sneaky indeed.

I've heard Vergin Mobile's Droid works very well even though they are prepaid and you would prepay from month to moth. $60/Mo is pretty good and if that is what I'm gonna need to monitor my station while away I may opt for that.
