Yourmuze.COM launched! Broadcast to the widest possible audience
Today we launched Yourmuze.COM a professional streaming service that lets YOU broadcast to the internet and mobile web. The service is aimed at radio stations, business broadcasters and enthusiasts who fancy beaming their music across the world from their bedroom.
Like Yourmuze.FM, the new service transcodes audio into aacPlus, which offers superior audio quality at mobile-friendly bandwidths. We provide mobile streams (24, 48 and 64 kbps) that play direct from your website. You also get a Flash player for your regular web listeners. Included in the service is access to our streaming server, so all you need is a computer with an internet connection and some music (or you and a microphone!). You can also use an existing web stream as the audio source. Prices start at just €25 ($30 / £20) per month. For more information, please visit our www.yourmuze.com site.

Yourmuze.FM branded iPhone app now available
Version 1.3 of the iPhone app is now available for download in Apple's App Store. This is now branded as Yourmuze.FM. If you had previously bought the Moodio version, you won't be charged again. The new version also fixes the login problem that affected earlier versions after the rebranding from Moodio. Moodio becomes Yourmuze.FM
We've changed the name of Moodio to Yourmuze.FM as part of our exciting new roadmap.
Apart from the new name and styling, we've made a number of improvements to the service: streams now load faster and it's easier to add new stations. Everything else remains exactly the same: your existing account details and all other content like your saved stations, forum messages, etc, are unchanged. (16 March 2010)
iPhone app now has background streaming
The Mooido iPhone app (version 1.2) now supports "background streaming". This lets you opt for playing your audio stream in the background and exiting the application. The stream is then launched in the phone's Safari browser allowing you to 'multi-task' other functions on the phone, whilst continuing to listen to your radio station. Click here to view the app's iTunes page (link will only work if you have iTunes installed).
